Trend Forecasting

At the University of Georgia, I have learned to understand the principles of fashion forecasting for the upcoming season, creating a Trend Book. I am able to identify prominent influencers, fashion forecasters, the zeitgeist, fashion movements and adoptions, social and cultural influences, the relationship between marketing, sales, and forecasting, and the importance of trend forecasting in relation to product development.

: Forecasting is rarely a result of one individual brainstorming and creating a vision – it’s the result of individuals from various facets of the industry crafting a collective vision together. With my classmates, we create a Fashion Trend Book for SPRING/SUMMER 2022 & 2023
